H Mississippi Valley Credit Union held its 68th Annual Meeting, February 19, 2002. The meeting was held at the corporate office at 2121 47th Street in Moline.

Re-elected to the Board of Directors was Chairman, John O'Connell, Vice-Chairman, Vernon Blomme, Secretary/ Treasurer, Eli McDermand and Directors Al Feldhahn, Catherine DeFauw, Ray Hernandez, Russel Imel, Thomas Kale, Jr., Robert Mierzwa, Marvin Spohn, William Vyncke, and Thomas "Chip" Irwin. Newly elected to the board this year was Rick Merryman.

Dennis Hall, President of the credit union reported the credit union enjoyed another good year of growth and retained earnings in 2001. Annual reports are available at each branch.
