Working
her way up through the ranks at PSB since early 2000, Ms.
Wall became National Director of Client Relations in 2006.
That early experience working with clients of all types and
sizes helped hone her customer service skills and set her
apart as one of the company’s most successful account managers.
With an eye for problem solving and creative marketing campaigns,
Dana excelled and clients loved her. “I find it fulfilling
to help my clients produce successful promotions, and to make
their lives a little easier in the process,” Dana says. “I
think my greatest marketing strengths are my ability to strategize
with clients. I like helping them better define and build
powerful brands and I think they appreciate my creative use
of direct mail.” Dana is a go-getter, helping clients and
consulting with account managers alike. She completed her
certification to become a Certified Financial Supplier (CFS).
Dana also holds a Master’s degree (graduating with honors)
and a California real estate license. She loves to read, cook,
and travel - finding time spent with friends and family most
rewarding. With her background and experience, Dana is able
to bring new ideas and expertise to projects and acts as a
mentor to her account managers. |
