Because of the nature
of our business as a marketing services provider, we are often granted
access to confidential client lists. Sometimes these lists contain
highly sensitive personal information that our clients have obtained
from their members and customers with assurances of confidentiality.
We
respect these assurances and in turn have commitments to our clients
that also extend to their clients. We commit to adhere to the
following guidelines:

regards and preserves all client information as confidential.
We will never disclose client information to any third party
without the prior written consent from our client.

will not copy or duplicate any client information including
the customer list, except as necessary to prepare a direct
mail campaign for that client. |

Upon
completion of a project using any consumer lists provided
by the client, PSB will return or destroy the original disk
and any copies immediately after project completion (Within
24 hours - unless specified otherwise in writing).

data files resident on PSB Mailhouse servers feature the latest
256 bit encryption. |
